Diamond Microdermabrasion

Diamond microdermabrasion is a crystal-free, advanced deep exfoliation treatment that uses micro-diamond wands to buff away dead cells, fine lines and blemishes, revealing a newly radiant complexion. The medi-grade treatment is completely safe and is suitable for treatment of most skin types and a variety of common skin concerns.

At face etc… medispa we use the DiamondTome system for all of our diamond microdermabrasion treatments. Using special rotational microdermabrasion wands containing natural diamond chips, the DiamondTome system polishes the surface of the skin, while dead skin and dirt are vacuumed away. Pores are unblocked and refined, with skin left glowing and radiant.

Skin is thoroughly cleansed before rotational diamond microdermabrasion wands are used to buff away dead skin, fine lines and blemishes. Following deep exfoliation, the DiamondTome Deluxe treatment concludes with a fabulous firming mask* to quench the skin with moisture and leave your newly radiant complexion smooth and glowing.

For maximum effect, a course of treatments are recommended, but benefits are visible after a single treatment. With the top layer of dead skin gently removed, your complexion will appear fresher, brighter and more radiant, with fine lines reduced and skin tone evened.

Whilst it is not intended to be a relaxing facial, most clients find diamond microdermabrasion treatment to be comfortable and highly therapeutic thanks to the ‘deeply cleansing’ combination of gentle exfoliation and vacuuming.

Diamond microdermabrasion treatment is non-invasive and painless. Immediately after treatment your skin may appear slightly flushed; however this will very quickly subside to a healthy glow.
