After enjoying a lengthy career in customer service I was delighted to have joined the front of house team at face etc…medispa in 2007. After studying business management, progressing from receptionist to the exciting new role of clinic manager felt completely natural.

From liaising with hotels and designing personalised pampering packages for clients, to ensuring everything at reception runs smoothly, everyday is so varied which suits my bubbly and dynamic personality down to the ground!
